Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: anything goes with Hero Arts

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: anything goes with Hero Arts.

I made 3 cards and in the end I chose this one as my entry.
I had a hard time as I only have a few Hero arts products and at first the night sky would have been my entry, until I added the tree from Hero arts get merry stampset. I think I ruined it now.
I started the sky off by heat embossing the tiny stars backgrounds from Hero Arts on watercolor paper. I used  silver moon turqoise from Lindy's stamp gang.
Then used distress reinkers to paint the sky and snowbanks.
The deer are diecuts.
the sentiment is also from Get merry by Hero arts.

Then I made this one with the winter penguin from Lawnfawn in a snowflake shape diecut window.
I used the falling snow stencil and embossing paste to create
falling snow. The penguin is stamped on watercolor paper, painted with Peerless watercolors and then fussy cut out.
the sentiment is from Hero Arts classic Christmas borders.

the second one with the penguin is very similar but a snowbank instead of a window and clear/iridescent sequins from Darice.
